The Woolie, Inc. Shipping Rates 

 

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

 

  • Select Proceed to Checkout

  • Select or add your shipping address

  • Select a shipping speed and select Continue

  • Select a payment method and select Continue

  • The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary BEFORE payment is requested

 

 

Shipping Policies

All of our outbound customer shipments are carried by USPS. The shipping (transport timeframe) is determined by which USPS service you choose at checkout. When available, you may choose to reduce the shipping transport time with (optional) shipping upgrade fees prior to checking out of our store.

 

The shipping services available (for you to choose) will be automatically calculated upon the size, weight, origin and destination of your purchase. We pull, pack and prepare your shipment (handling time) to be picked up by USPS up to 4 business days after you place your order. 

 

As soon as your item(s) have been packed and your shipping label has been printed,  you will receive an email from us that provides your USPS tracking number. Once USPS picks up your order from us, you will then be able to check the location and status of your shipment and your anticipated delivery date. 

 

USPS is independent from The Woolie. Once your package has been received by USPS we have no control over events during the transport and delivery of your shipment. If you have concerns or questions about your shipment details, please enter your tracking number at USPS.com where you can find information and assistance.

 

International Shipment Transport Times - We recommend that you pre-plan for customs delays that may occur that may not be predictable.

 

The Woolie and USPS and are subject to all federal holiday restrictions.

 

Please be aware that all international orders are subject to customs, value added tax and other fees that are not included in shipping or price and is the responsibility of the buyer.
